1. About CAFLES

CAFLES Limited is a food and retail company based in Ekpoma, Edo State, Nigeria. We operate Peniel Bread, Nine-17 Pizza & Chicken, and CAFLES Store through our website at cafles.com.

2. Orders & Delivery

All orders are subject to availability. We currently deliver within Ekpoma only. Delivery is free from Runway tier and above. Orders placed after 9:00 PM will be processed the following morning. Estimated delivery time is 45 minutes from confirmation.

3. Payments

We accept card payments via Paystack and CAFLES Pay wallet payments. All transactions are secured by Paystack. Card details are never stored on our servers.

4. CAFLES Pay Wallet

CAFLES Pay is a funded wallet tied to your account. Wallet top-ups are non-refundable and can only be redeemed as credit toward orders on cafles.com. If an order fails through no fault of yours, your wallet balance will be restored. Wallet funds do not expire.

5. CAFLES Advantage

CAFLES Advantage is our loyalty programme. Points are earned on qualifying purchases and wallet top-ups. Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity. Tier status may be reduced after 6 months of inactivity. CAFLES reserves the right to modify tier thresholds and benefits at any time.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed and being prepared. If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, contact us immediately and we will resolve it. Wallet top-ups are non-refundable under any circumstances.

7. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. CAFLES is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
