We collect your full name, phone number, and delivery address when you create an account or place an order. We also collect transaction data including order history and wallet activity. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to process orders, send delivery updates via SMS, manage your CAFLES Advantage account, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Payments

Payment processing is handled by Paystack. We do not store your card details. Paystack's privacy policy governs how your payment information is handled.

4. SMS Notifications

By creating an account, you consent to receiving transactional SMS messages from CAFLES regarding your orders and account activity. These are not promotional messages and cannot be opted out of while your account is active.

5. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure hosted in the European Union. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We retain your data for as long as your account is active.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by contacting us. Note that transaction records may be retained for legal and financial compliance purposes.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies only — for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
